Container traffic at Kobe, Japan, hits 21-year high

The Port of Kobe saw its container traffic rise 3.4 percent year-over-year to 2.7 million 20-foot equivalent units in 2015, the second highest on record and the highest since 1995, when the western Japanese port city was devastated by a powerful earthquake.
